Crawl pages per month
How many of your pages we read each month. A weekly crawl of a 2,000-page site uses about 8,000.
Tracked keywords
Search terms whose position we check, pooled across your sites. Each is checked daily, three times a week or weekly by its value.
AI credits per month
An AI analysis of an issue costs 5 credits; a proposed title or description, 1. Unused plan credits reset monthly; purchased top-ups do not expire while you subscribe.
AI visibility prompts
Questions we ask AI assistants on your behalf each refresh, to measure how often you are mentioned or cited.
Outreach emails per month
Messages sent from your mailbox or through a site's contact form. Each one is approved by a person before it goes.
URL inspections per day
Pages whose indexing status we ask Google about each day, within Google's own quota.
Questions people actually ask
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Nothing breaks. New work that needs the allowance waits until the next window or until you upgrade, and the app tells you which site, keyword or run is waiting. Nothing is deleted.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Two clicks, one optional question. Your access continues to the end of the paid period, then the account moves to Free Monitor. Your data, every change we applied and its rollback stay available, and you can export everything before and after.
- Do you need write access to my site?
- Only when you choose to apply changes natively. Google access is always read-only through a separate grant. Site writes go through your own WordPress, Shopify or Git connection, and every write is approved, verified and reversible.
- Where is my data held?
- In the European Union by default, with an in-country United Arab Emirates option on Enterprise contracts. Each organisation's credentials are encrypted with their own key, and a deleted organisation is purged after 30 days.
- Do you train AI on my data?
- No. AI requests go through our gateway to the model vendor with no training and, on Enterprise, zero data retention. Google-sourced data reaches a model only after an owner records consent, and every use is in your audit log.
- Is there a long contract?
- No. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly billing is a discount, not a lock-in. Enterprise is an annual contract because its limits and terms are custom.
