Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

FIKRTNA SEO (the "Service") is provided by Fikrtna Technology ("we", "us"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern every use of the Service by an organisation that signs up for it (the "Customer", "you") and by the people the Customer invites. By creating an organisation you accept them on that organisation's behalf.

2. The Service

The Service connects to data sources you authorise (such as Google Search Console), crawls the websites you verify, identifies search-performance problems, proposes changes, and, when you approve them and connect a content system or repository, applies those changes and keeps a record that lets you undo them. The Service is sold by subscription in the plans published on our pricing page.

3. Your account and your people

• You must verify your email address before any paid work runs. Owners must enable two-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them. Approvals recorded by your approvers are your decisions.
• You may only connect sites you own or are authorised to manage. Verification is checked daily; a site that fails verification loses its write permissions.

4. Changes to your sites

The Service applies a change to a site only after a person with the approval role approves it, or, for low-risk changes on a site whose owner has turned automatic application on, under the rules shown in the product. High-risk changes are never applied automatically. Every applied change is recorded with its previous state and can be reversed from the product. You remain responsible for your sites and their content.

5. Outreach

If you turn outreach on, you accept the Outreach Policy shown at that moment: messages go only to people who publish contact details for that purpose or whose sites' link data shows relevance, every message is approved by one of your people before it is sent, every message carries your postal address and an opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured permanently. You are the sender of those messages and responsible for their lawfulness in the recipient's jurisdiction. We may pause outreach on complaints or bounce rates.

6. Fees, trials and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in United States dollars, by card through our payment provider. Taxes are added where they apply.
• The free trial needs no card and ends automatically. On expiry the organisation moves to the free plan unless you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period; the organisation then moves to the free plan with its data intact.
• If a payment fails we tell you and retry. Automated work pauses after seven days and the account becomes read-only after twenty-one days. We never delete data because a payment failed.
• Usage allowances (crawl pages, keywords, AI credits, outreach emails and the rest) are those of your plan. Work that would exceed an allowance waits; nothing is charged beyond your plan unless you buy a top-up.

7. Your data

Data you connect or we collect about your sites is yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. You can export it at any time. When you delete an organisation, its data is purged after 30 days, except the financial and audit records we must keep.

8. AI features

Some features send data to large language models through our gateway. We do not use your data to train models and do not permit our vendors to. Data obtained from Google is sent to a model only after an owner or admin of your organisation records consent in the product. AI outputs are proposals; the Service never applies an AI output without the approval described in section 4.

9. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: only your own sites, no attempts to harm search engines or third parties, no circumventing the limits of the Service, and no use of outreach for unsolicited bulk mail.

10. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Support is by email in English and Arabic on working days. Enterprise contracts may set service levels in writing.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue, which depend on search engines and factors outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an organisation that breaches these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Outreach Policy, or whose use harms the Service or others, and will say why. You may terminate at any time by deleting the organisation. Sections 7, 11 and 13 survive termination.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Changes to these terms are announced in the product and by email at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a change is needed to comply with law. The English version of these terms governs.
